2. Scope of Services

PERSONTEES offers custom apparel and corporate merchandise solutions, including design, sourcing, production, and e-commerce support. Our services are available to organizations such as corporations, schools, NGOs, and event organizers, with order quantities ranging from 50 to 5, 000 pieces.

3. Quotation and Orders

All orders are subject to a formal quotation provided by PERSONTEES. No binding agreement is formed until the client accepts the quote and a contract is signed or confirmed via email. We reserve the right to modify quotes prior to acceptance.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided on a quote basis and may vary depending on order specifications. Payment terms will be specified in the quotation. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed terms before production commences.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property provided by the client remain the property of the client. PERSONTEES retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery and Lead Time

Estimated lead times are provided upon quotation. While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. PERSONTEES is not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Quality and Inspection

We ensure quality control during production. Clients are encouraged to review samples before mass production. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability

PERSONTEES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the total value of the order.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

11. Amendments

PERSONTEES reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
